PROPERTY IS IN OUR DNA.

Company History

A family story, built into a delivery team.

Founded in 2016 by Tanya McGeehan, The MCG Property Group (formerly MCG Investments) traces its roots back to Tanya’s early days, where her passion for property was nurtured by her father.

With over 17 years of experience in the Northern Ireland residential property sector, Tanya’s journey began with a vision to create wealth for clients through bespoke investment strategies. Inspired by her father’s teachings and her own love for property, the company quickly established itself as a leading name in residential property investment opportunities, focusing primarily on Belfast.

Over the years, The MCG Property Group has evolved, recognising a niche in the market for construction project management and specialised services in renovations and extensions.

The MCG Property Group are setting new standards in Northern Ireland’s property development market. We bring innovative solutions, unmatched expertise, and a commitment to excellence, redefining spaces and maximising investments. With a focus on smart renovations, strategic portfolio growth, and a family legacy in property, MCG stands as the trusted, go-to choice for transformative and value-driven property investment and renovation solutions.

Today, the company boasts four distinct sectors – MCG Property, MCG Construction, MCG Investments and MCG Consultancy – each dedicated to delivering exceptional results and building long term relationships with clients and partners.
