The building comprises a 2½ storey period building, is a Victorian-era period building that dates back roughly 150 to 170 years, making it a key fixture in the Holywood Conservation Area.

MCG carried out extensive refurbishment works to this property back in early 2023, whilst ensuring the property retained many of its period features. It features an integral coachway and retains many of its original historic features and is divided into a mix of 16 self-contained office and commercial suites.
