This was a joint project with two business partners.

Works on this property included; a full damp proof course and associated repair works to the ground floor, an internal wall between the kitchen and living room was removed to create a large open plan living area. A new modern kitchen fitted including kitchen appliances, a new bathroom suite was installed after we had made the room bigger, a new separate toilet was created upstairs also. The entire house was repainted throughout in modern grey tones and new floor coverings was also installed throughout. There two new composite doors fitted, the entre property was re-wired throughout and new chrome socket plates fitted. The garden was cleared and landscaped.
