This is a prominent, well known building within the heart of Holywood town centre that was purchased for the commercial arm of our business.
Holywood town is a renowned residential location with a variety of commercial occupiers. We updated and restored the many beautiful features of this symmetrical two and a half storey, period building for both commercial and residential use along with our two business partners, Elizabeth McErlean and Morne Strydom.
The beautiful architecture of the integral coach way and basement level dwellings, make this project that little bit extra special.
