This project was a 3 storey mid terraced property on the Lisburn Road in South Belfast which we were appointed to renovate, refurbish and transform into a beautiful family home.

The MCG Construction team carried out all of the work on this property. This property was quite dated and needed a full renovation to bring it up to a much higher standard of finish. 

After agreeing a budget with the client we completed on the below works:

• Complete rewiring throughout the entire property
• New gas fired central heating system with concealed boiler
• Removal of wall between lounge and dining room to create an open plan living/dining area
• Installation of double glazed windows throughout
• New uPVC front and rear doors installed
• Feature exposed brick wall created in reception area
• Brand new bespoke kitchen with extensive high and low level units, integrated appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer, breakfast bar and modern splashbacks
• New bathroom suite with free standing bath, vanity unit, fully tiled separate shower cubicle with rainwater shower and chrome heated towel rail
• Herringbone style laminate wood effect flooring supplied and fitted to ground floor
• Low voltage spotlights installed in kitchen and bathroom
• Entire property plastered and painted throughout including all woodwork
• New Velux window installed to second floor bedroom with eaves storage created

The property was transformed from a dated house into an immaculately presented, modern family home with spacious, well proportioned accommodation throughout.
