This project was a 3 bedroom mid-terraced property in South Belfast which we were appointed to renovate, refurbish and transform into a beautiful family home.

The MCG Construction team carried out all of the work on this property, leaving the client confident that their project was being handled by professionals.

This property looked ok on first impressions, but when we started to peel back some layers they were a lot of surprises!

After agreeing a budget with the client we completed on the below works;

• Full new gas heating system
• Removal of wall between two reception rooms to create an open plan living dining area
• Full length glass window at rear of reception room with new front and rear PVC doors installed
• Installation of new modern bathroom suite
• Existing woodchip wall coverings removed and all walls plastered throughout property
• Entire property painted throughout including all of the woodwork
• Bespoke new kitchen including worktop and appliances
• Supply and fit of tiles to include kitchen/dining, bathroom and entrance hall
• 3g grass supplied and installed in rear yard
